As Associate Product Manager, App & Loyalty on Enfamil at Reckitt you will be responsible for providing helpful insights, knowledge, and value for expecting/new parents via our app and loyalty program. You will be responsible for enhancing the app experience, driving increased engagement, brand affinity, and product sales. You will also be responsible for the ongoing ops and continued enhancement of the Enfamil Rewards program, a key engagement driver for the brand.

 

As part of the Site & App Team you will be core to connecting and providing value to our mothers with educational content, rewards, and helpful utilities. Your work will be directly attributed to the overall growth of the business, and you will be highly visible to business leadership. You will be responsible for partnering with the Sr. Product Manager to develop product roadmap, assess performance opportunities, own implementation plans and governance to lead successful launches that drive improvements in the KPIs. You are passionate about contributing to the creation of great consumer-centric digital products, and this shows in your past work. You are a strategic and analytical thinker, you work well with others, and you always put the consumer’s needs ahead of all else.  You’re both a thinker and a doer – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our mobile app and rewards program fresh, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for moms and expecting moms.

 

Your focus & time should be split:  
65% Creating, Deploying and Running Optimization projects/initiatives  
15% Engaging with brand teams on Operations & Administration 
10% Data Reporting and Analysis 

 

You must have an entrepreneurial can-do spirit, data driven analytical thinking and discipline to deliver enhancements on time and target results. 

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead mobile app development cycle as the Product Owner to ensure key business critical initiatives are delivered on-time with excellence.
  • Manage ongoing Push Notification stream including regularly scheduled and ad hoc messages.
  • Lead ongoing operations of the Enfamil Rewards program, including hands-on configuration in the rewards management portal.
  • Creation of business requirements, user flow diagrams, and functional specs.
  • Triage and prioritize backlog of maintenance, bug fixes and new features with design & development partners.
  • Build and implement A/B testing roadmap, targeting improved conversion and engagement.
  • Drive core KPIs including increasing app downloads, MAU/WAU, and loyalty program engagement.
  • Responsible for analytics and performance reporting for mobile app and Enfamil Rewards.
  • Work in collaboration with Senior Digital Specialist - Web in implementation of features, programs, and bug fixes jointly impacting web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

 

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with an emphasis on mobile app management. 
  • Strong knowledge of web and app development, capabilities & processes, technologies, tech vendors, and third party offerings.
  • Experience maintaining a prioritized backlog and participating in sprint/release planning activities managed in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions with an understanding of technical feasibility.
  • Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects.

 

Platforms and technical skills:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize.
  • Familiarity with Flutter, Umbraco, Shopify, HTML, Javascript and CSS basics. 
  • Comfort with Atlassian Suite
