Digital is a big deal here, which is why we’ve set up our own programmatic and digital channel team. Joining them, you’ll help share our brands across exciting new channels and formats. You'll turn strategies into tactics for everything paid digital and set goals then drive optimizations to achieve the goal. With so much of our success depending on our online effectiveness, yours will be a vital role allowing to Immerse yourself in our digital marketing and media strategies. You'll: 

  • Work with the campaign manager/Lead, brand managers & media teams to shape their digital plans that really deliver
  • Effectively plan, activate and manage your designated programmatic/Social campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance
  • Take ownership of some elements of the testing plans of your market and suggest new ideas for testing, including planning, executing & evaluating tests with methodical accuracy
  • Conduct performance analysis, drive insights and influence paid media decisions on digital, issue identification and solution development
  • Work with the campaign manager/lead and global team in-order to ensure smooth cross channel planning and activation.

 

You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve managed programmatic display or video campaigns before, on the agency or advertiser side of things. You have: 

  • Experience working on Biddable platforms, or have commensurate experience in digital roles working with other Account Executives / Account Managers
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships
  • Experience with planning and running display campaigns on DV360, Amazon DSP & any additional DSP use is an advantage
  • Experience across FB ads manage
  • Google AdWords Certification and/or DV360 certification (including Video Certification)
