The role of the Finance Transformation Analyst is to work with cross-functional business partners to drive project management and change management activities. The analyst will utilize new and current system architecture while driving continuous improvements of these systems and data quality. The analyst will continually help strengthen analytics and work with global headquarters to help influence the technology roadmap.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to the following:

•    System access review and compliance management - Work closely across business units with team leads and application owners to manage periodic user access reviews.

•    Assist and manage all implementation phases as required from Analysis to BAU support.

•    Assist in testing of applications including SIT, UAT and E2E

•    Assist in training documentation and presentation including classroom, WBT.

•    Assist and coordinate Change Management and Business readiness.

•    Reporting-Capability to run and upgrade reporting structures in multiple systems including SAP, Celonis, Fusion, Ariba, Open text and Business Intelligence.


•    5-10 years as implementation project analyst

•    Proficiency in Excel.

•    Ability to effectively work with remote teams.

•    Experience in Change Management, Business readiness, BAU support.

•    Experience in developing testing and training documentation and curriculums.

•    Demonstrate command of large data sets and reporting from multiple ERPs/Systems (Experience with SAP is a plus).

•    Strong knowledge in financial forecasting, supply planning, data governance, financial controls. Order to Cash experience is a plus.

•    Strong Project Management skills and ability to balance teams and multitask.

•    Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communications

•    Highly effective conflict resolution with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
