To help fulfill this purpose, we have a Category Development Organization (CDO), which is responsible for the long-term strategy and innovation pipeline for our brands around the world. A critical part of this organization is the Consumer Insights & Analytics (I&A) team which is responsible for ensuring that the consumer is at the heart of everything we do, and that brand plans are set up for success.

You’ll succeed because… 

...this role is part of the core brand team, working alongside Marketing, Trade Marketing and R&D. Playing a critical role in this team, you are responsible for helping the Finish automatic dishwashing brand to have a fantastic commercial innovation strategy and product pipeline for the next 2-3 years, by:

  1. Unearthing true human insights
  2. Unlocking barriers to growth
  3. Shaping the commercial and product innovation plan to ensure that it is optimized and set up for success
  4. Identifying opportunities for the brand in both existing and new segments and markets


In addition to this, you will play an important role in advancing the consumer insights capabilities within Reckitt.


You will work closely with a multi-functional team, both globally and locally. You will report into the Global I&A Director for Finish (based in Schiphol, the Netherlands), and we will make sure that you are in contact with a network of locally based colleagues.

  • 5-7 years of experience in consumer & market insights or a related function
  • Ability to think outside the box and seek new, efficient and agile ways of creating innovation
  • Proven history of qualitative and quantitative market research expertise, including use of self-serve research tools
  • Experience with the innovation development process and design-based approach to product innovation
  • Strong analytical understanding, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to turn complex information, data and insights into simple, actionable outputs and recommendations with strategic implications
  • Ability to work independently, to take ownership of the brand, its vision and the projects
  • Be able to, and enjoy, working across a very diverse team
  • Excellent social, written and verbal communication skills (in English)
