The IT&D Manufacturing Operations team is ultimately the face of the IT&D organization into each Reckitt factory as well as each regional Supply leader within a particular geography and/or business unit. This Senior IT&D Manager is a leadership role within the IT&D Supply organzation and is specifically responsible for each factory in North and South America across our Health, Hygiene and Nutrition business units (GBUs). 

Initially managing a team of five direct reports across 14 factories the chosen candidate will be responsible for activation of all strategic IT&D initiatives in the factories within the geography, and accountable for Information Technology and Digital to 5 key business leaders: SVP Supply North America Hygiene, SVP Supply North America Health, Supply Director North America Nutrition, Regional Supply Director LATAM Hygiene, and Regional Supply Director LATAM Nutrition.  Establishing an account manager relationship with factory, regional and category leadership, this person will ensure that there is a clear communication line between all parties and that stakeholders buy in and commit to a transformation journey.

The role is based in Parsippany, New Jersey (Reckitt US HQ) to interface directly with two of the five key stakeholders who are also based there, as well as the SVP for Nutrition Supply globally. North America is Reckitt’s biggest region by net revenue and with huge focus on supply chain resilience in the past couple of years, ensuring resilient and local production is imperative to the Reckitt group.




Degree qualified or equivalent

Experience of working in a complex organization with a global scope.

FMCG experience desirable but not essential (8 + years)

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be beneficial

Familiarity with Lean Methodologies and Six Sigma concepts will be beneficial

Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT Operating Model alongside Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0

Project Management and Change Management skills desirable

Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable

Experience in managing a team

Fluent English essential. Portuguese and/or Spanish capabilities useful.

Travel - approximately 1 week out of the month to manufacturing locations
