The primary purpose of National Account Manager, Office Channel position is to build strong relationships with strategic distribution partners & drive profitable growth across the Reckitt Professional portfolio through the implementation of aligned sales strategies. To be successful in this role, a National Account Manager, must embody the Reckitt core values of Ownership, Entrepreneurship, Partnership and Achievement. 
 
 You’ll succeed because you will… 
•    Have full omni-channel ownership & accountability across B2B, ecommerce & retail performance at assigned customer. 
•    Cultivate strong relationships across key stakeholders within current and new distribution opportunities 
•    Build key stakeholder rapport through consultative & solution-based selling 
•    Work with key contacts across all Distribution levels from HQ to sales representatives to ensure success & implementation of aligned business objectives 
•    Negotiate, implement, and track progress of business strategies for assigned customers
•    Create & deliver business reviews & customer presentations across all levels (HQ, sales training & end users)
•    Be accountable for monthly & annual forecasting, trade budget & assessment of sales performance for assigned strategic accounts 
•    Achieve and/or exceed full year sales plan targets for key accounts 
•    Collaborate with Customer Marketing team to develop sales, marketing & media plans for strategic customers 
•    Partner with internal key stakeholders to aid in identifying market trends & sharing expertise/knowledge 
•    Partner with Supply to ensure Customer Service levels and met / exceeded

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    Minimum of 5 years industry sales experience with Corporate or National Account experience
•    Account management experience with executive level relationships, preferably in the Office Channel
•    Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
•    Financial and analytical skills, including P&L management 
•    Proficiency with MS Office
•    Ecommerce understanding is a plus
