Digital is a big deal here, which is why we’ve set up our own in-house programmatic and digital channel team. Joining them, you’ll help share our brands across exciting new channels and formats. You’ll put our programmatic plans into action, across multiple platforms. You’ll handle everything from planning and activation to optimisation and reporting . Most importantly, you’ll never stop looking for new ideas that could take us even further. You'll: 

  • Lead the planning, creation, and on-going management of Programmatic campaigns
  • Carry out health checks to ensure campaigns are set up and running as per best practice
  • Proactively perform regular optimization, monitor market changes and identify development opportunities
  • Create and lead the execution of development and testing plans including working with the media teams
  • Prepare presentations and lead on performance calls and face to face meetings
  • Work with the media & brand team to devise campaign strategy and translate this into campaign delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, and providing recommendations

 You’ll succeed because… 

…you’ve managed programmatic display or video campaigns before. You've: 

  • Experience managing self-service solutions platforms, including DV360 and/or other major DSPs such as Amazon, TTD etc
  • A drive to learn and build knowledge in other digital media channels such as paid social
  • Well versed in creating insightful reports and decks, as well as a poised presenter
  • Experience in managing teams is advantageous: setting objectives, task prioritisation, motivation
  • Fundamental understanding of the workings of other channels such as social would be advantageous
  • Working with various stakeholders with a drive to achieve one common goal
