Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting

• Individual will partner with management team and respective business unit controller/manager on managing Balance Sheet and P&L (BCOP Cost Centers) for respective operating and/or holding entities
• Coordinate with shared service team and manage intercompany (NPS cross charges approval), fixed assets, AUC aging and IFRS 16 leases processes – includes review and approval of BS reconciliations
• Responsible for month close journal entries – including but not limited to payroll entries, benefits accounting, accruals and prepaids
• Sign off on respective entities for IC lock, supplemental loads, BS movements and final submission into HFM/Fusion
• Responsible for completion of BS flux analysis; presenting to business controllers and financial directors monthly. Includes detailed analysis on sundry accruals, benefits accruals, insurance, and warehousing/freight accruals
• Working with P&L BCOP cost centres managers; providing monthly reporting on actuals vs. plan/forecasts. Assisting with annual budgeting and periodic forecast as required by group
• Preparation of annual statutory reporting for respective business unit; submission to local tax department. Includes periodic and year end transfer pricing adjustment required for buy-sell model
• Preparation of quarterly government reporting
• Maintain internal controls documentation and conduct controls testing as mandated by corporate policy
• Work with eternal and internal auditors for documentation and queries management
• Assist with treasury and insurance Month-end reporting requirements
• Generate ad hoc analysis/reports as needed.

• BS degree in finance or accounting preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP, HFM, MS Office Products and Blackline
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
