Reporting Framework 

  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support business needs, investigate, triage and resolve metrics-based issues without heavy guidance.  This position also manages a team of 5 contractual developers.  The developers spearhead data Modeling, process automation and dashboard building.  Provide access to data through dashboards and other analytical tools to empower through self-service. Design, develop and maintain business dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, operations and product linked activities
  • Partner with teams across the organization to understand their analytics needs and create dashboards and reporting that allow them to execute more effectively. •    Ad-hoc reporting and analytics for the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources.

Data Science  

  • Development of Data Science Programs specifically forecast prediction.  Scope, manage and deliver data science capabilities / ‘big ideas’ to stakeholders
  • Help drive AI/ML program concerning our biggest brands and retailers. Opportunity to understand the new market dynamics after the pandemic and offer data-driven solutions and predictions to the business
  • Leveraging data mining, statistics, and machine learning to develop best-in-class analysis techniques & support data visualizations that answer strategic questions from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product team to lead global application rollouts to US market and provide data-driven insights that will help drive significant increase in core business KPIs (growth, revenue, engagement)


You’ll succeed because you’re tech-savvy, comfortable working with a variety of technologies, tools and processes to bridge the gap between users and technical teams. You’ve close attention to detail and keep an eye on the final destination.

Education:   Bachelor’s Degree is required (Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Economics, Econometrics)   Master’s Degree beneficial


  • Demonstrated ability to coach & lead others required.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing IT projects for large CPG companies is needed
  • 1+ years of practical experience in data science, statistics, or another analytical role is preferred
  • Programming/Developer experience highly preferred. Skills
  • Proficiency in using enterprise grade autoML tools like H2O, DataRobot etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or  Tableau, etc
  • Ability to solve analytical problems using complex quantitative approaches
  • Comfortable manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
  • Ability to effectively summarize and communicate results from analysis to a diverse set of audiences with varying backgrounds and technical skills.
