The Supply Chain Analyst’s  primary objective is to ensure best-in-class customer service and inventory control of finished goods. This position entails supply and distribution planning and execution activities for assigned portfolio. This position requires daily interaction with Rickett’s planning systems and manages the overall product supply chain to successfully maximize customer service while optimizing inventory and operating costs.  Frequent interaction with functions across the end-to-end supply chain.


  • Manage inventory replenishment from factory/ports to Distribution Center/external embellisher and stock balancing between DC’s (shuttles)
  • Inventory deployment and capacity plans to ensure proper flow of finished goods across the product supply chain for assigned portfolio
  • Take a lead role in using SAP/SNP to fullest extent in support of daily planning activities
  • Work closely and coordinate efforts with Quality Assurance, Supply and Demand Planning, Warehousing and Transportation
  • Manage inventory levels across Distribution Center network, monthly review and correct inventory discrepancy, , product shelf-life risk-analysis, monitor and  mitigate  risks to product availability
  • Manage distribution of product across global network of suppliers, both internal and external to Reckitt
  • Assist monthly Excess & Obsolete Provision process, including leading conversation with commercial teams to minimize future financial liabilities
  • Issue production PO and prioritize production schedules with embellisher, identify opportunity or communicate risk to service.



  • BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or another related discipline.
  • 0 - 2 years of professional planning experience (including internship) which could include: inventory, supply chain management, production planning, distribution and logistics, shipping and receiving, or forecasting.
  • Work experience within fast moving consumer goods industry a plus
  • Must have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience using an MRP system (SAP/SNP strongly preferred)
  • APICs certification a plus
  • Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SAP, SAP SNP and APO-DP (preferred) or other MRP System)
