Summary

 

Seeking an eCommerce Media Manager to drive implementation, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across Walmart.com, target, instacart and other retailer ecosystems for a portfolio of brands. This person will work closely with the cross functional team, the eCommerce media and commercial teams, and agencies to ensure a continuous improvement on the brand’s eCommerce media performance.

Key Responsibilities

•    To develop, drive and execute eCommerce retailer media strategies that improve performance and align with business objectives   
•    Execute daily media spend pacing, campaign optimization, keyword targeting, and bids to meet sales goals, ROAS goals and leverage tactics that ensure optimization of that media spend 
•    Employ analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to manage campaigns effectively and efficiently
•    Track progress and trends across key metrics and effectively communicate performance insights 
•    Manage monthly media budget on a brand and retail level
•    Work with retail advertising teams to evaluate and identify new opportunities to improve brand performance
•    Manage agency relationships pertaining to eCommerce performance media
•    Perform keyword research and keyword research using internal and external tools
•    Manage campaigns through advertising software tools

Qualifications

•    Experience managing and executing Walmart.com on-platform media, Instacart and other key retailers
•    3+ years’ experience managing ecomm paid media at an agency or brand
•    Strong understanding of retailer media tactics, competitive research, conversion analysis, keyword research, and executing search strategies; experience is programmatic media like Walmart media group is an added advantage
•    Strong understanding of advertising software tools such as Criteo and Pacvue; Hellium 10 experience is a plus
•    Experience pulling, mining, and analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating finds via reports and presentations 
•    Ability to collaborate with counterparts internally and externally effectively
•    Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations 
•    Possess strong attention to detail in campaign setup, management and ongoing optimization
