eCommerce Marketing Analyst

Job Overview and Scope

Working with a fast-paced, complex and innovative team, you’ll analyze sales and eCommerce data across our customer portfolio, dig into consumer reviews to, monitor competitor dynamics, shaping and tracking innovation timeline. Your responsibilities will include:


•    Providing insights at a subbrand level from sales dynamics, competitor landscape to consumer insight
•    Finding new data-driven opportunities to help build strong business performance for the category and retailers
•    Ensuring consistency of reporting and tracking results
•    Shaping innovation E-com execution timeline and closely coordinate with cross function teams

 

Organization Relationship
Solid Line Report to: Head of Marketing E-commerce – North America                              
•    Internal: Dealing with – EC commercial team, EC CX team, EC Media team, brand teams, trade marketing team, pharmacy team, regulatory, legal, supply & finance (in USA) 
•    External: marketing agencies, key customers
                                                                        
Key Responsibilities / Core Responsibilities
•    Database building: Responsible for support marketing head to build strong EC lead insight database including consumer behavior, sales performance and competitor dynamics
•    Timeline management: Shape and close follow up on innovation launch step by step timeline and manage the delivery for EC connecting with MKT , TM and EC sales respectively
•    Performance review presentation: Plan and lead monthly date review mtgs. Data source from desk research of market intelligence, consumer reviews, sales data base and ad-hoc quantity and quality research
•    Supporting NPD launch: Business growth acceleration by supporting new EC lead launch
•    Coordinate project meetings and follow up Meeting Recap
•    Lead small scale research: Shaping mini ad-hoc research brief and analysis

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
•    1-3 years of marketing experience with exposure in data analysis, timeline management, independent project management
•    Prior experience includes on ecommerce or marketing is preferred
•    Master in data analysis. Are highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
•    Team player
•    Passionate in Marketing and consumer insight
•    Self motivated, result oriented and strong problem-solving skills. 
•    Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured and ever changing environments
•    Entrepreneurial and agile
•    Hungry to learn and develop a deeper understanding of what drives sales in a EC business
•    Crucially, you’re a born communicator, using data-led insights to create a compelling story for colleagues.
