Regulatory Manager CZ&SK

You will be responsible for activities related to OTC and personal care  products ( OTC, medical devices, food supplements and biocides). You will ensure compliance for all processes and support smooth business operation by preventing disruptions due to Regulatory aspects.

You will:

  • Propose and align Regulatory strategies for Czech & Slovakia with local business
  • Responsibility for Regulatory budget planning for Czech and Slovakia and keeping the Regulatory spendings complaint with the budget
  • Manage Regulatory procedures: new registration, variation renewals: documents preparation, submission and handling the process for medicinal products and other product categories
  • Artwork and advertising review and approval from regulatory perspective including recommendation for further improvement
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply and other internal business partners
  • Actively propose new opportunities for business: new claims, new products, new products categories
  • Support brand development from Regulatory Affairs perspective
  • Ensure maintenance of product information in relevant data bases like TDS, and GRAIS, QualityOne, Branwords etc
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Czech and Slovak Authorities, Associations and ensure the Reckitt voice is heard and respect
  • Oversee DSO role
  • Manage and support Regulatory Team in Czech, Enhance Regulatory knowledge within the team by providing learnings from own projects which are applicable to other brands and/or countries

You’ll succeed because… 
…you’ve a scientific background and you understand Regulatory Affairs. You have: 

  • Degree in natural sciences 
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in Pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs for other regulated product classes like food, medical devices, cosmetics
  • Understanding of the science and technology of the products
  • MS-Office skills
  • Good communication skills (in order to transfer regulatory knowledge to non-regulatory audience)
  • Self-drive and ownership with focus on results
  • Consulting ability and orientation on solutions
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluency in English as well as Czech and/or Slovak
