Regional Marketing Intern, Global Business Solutions

Internship Period: 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 

This opportunity is for students who are available for a full-time internship, from January - June 2022 only

Reporting to the Regional Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Global Business Solutions team, responsible to contribute to the strategy, growth & earnings model for the portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

•    Develop and execute marketing calendar and toolkits such as campaign playbooks, across key markets in partnership with sales teams and distributor teams in the ASEAN region such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. 
•    Develop, review & implement changes in improving the sales funnel right up to the conversion.
•    Engage with IMEX teams to understand their needs & deliver best-in-class execution.
•    Conduct the deployment, monitoring, and impact assessment of the execution of related campaigns and toolkits.
•    Support in analyzing the performance of the related campaign & materials deployed. Proactively provide suggestions to continuously improve performance.
•    Work closely with Legal, Regulatory, and R&D team to ensuring alignment with country IMEX teams for effective implementation of the toolkits.


•    Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, or related disciplines.
•    Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    Inquisitive, curious, and great at dealing with ambiguity. 
•    Possess strong analytical skills.
•    Entrepreneurial, fast learning agility, and result oriented. 
•    Strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships.
•    Good team player with a positive outlook on work and Can-Do attitude.  
•    Focus on the outcome and be comfortable working in a lean organization. Fast decision-making.
