  • Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety standards and continuous improvement activities 
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality/GMP standards and continuous improvement activities 
  • Support data analysis for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation
  • Support Quality audits and completion of CAPA actions within given deadlines
  • Driver of projects for production line efficiency to deliver required schedule
  • Owner of site OEE and waste performance KPIs and continuous improvement
  • Site super users of OEE software Provideam including administrative tasks for logons, run rates data, report setup, troubleshooting and training
  • Standardize and monitor OEE reporting process - shift reporting, daily and weekly reviews with area management team and support functions
  • Set up visual management & parameters and establish KPI measurement system & procedure
  • Use Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive process and product improvements including processes such as Kaizens, 5S and SMED
  • Planning and execution of larger scale projects resulting from area OEE and waste data to implement gross margin improvements
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and training at the shop floor level to support the use of the continuous improvement methodologies and tools (data collection, visual management, center-lining, preventative & predictive maintenance, rapid changeovers (SMED) and troubleshooting (RCA/ PCS)).
  • Support site engagement and employee recognition to ensure strong performance on all KPIs
  • Coordinate validation activities and documentation (protocols, reports, procedures and work instructions) related to continuous improvement projects
  • Site Power BI super user and dashboard owner to ensure standardization across design; monitor individual dashboard assignees and conduct training on usage
  • Site Visix software owner; coordinate admin tasks and training for all users
  • Balancing priorities maintaining high quality products made efficiently in a safe environment
  • Changing the culture of the factory to accept more ownership for performance and results 
  • Supporting and driving the performance of individuals in large teams 
  • Challenge teams to make their own decisions and accept responsibility for the outcome 
  • Ensure that briefings and trainings are 2-way events focused on driving KPI improvements 
  • Identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements. 
  • Being central to factory performance managing multiple function stakeholders


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • AS or BS degree in related Engineering field preferred
  • Strong MS Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Exhibits leadership skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines 
  • Openness to change and ability to think out of the box
  • Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work and resources appropriate to requirements
  • Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within and external to the organisation at all levels
