Responsibility

  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards 
  • Escalation of incidents immediately and support follow up investigation, root cause and CAPA 
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality/GMP standards 
  • Drives for Right First-Time performance on batch documentation
  • Ensure full compliance to training SOPs and OJTs 
  • Ensure production adherence to production schedule 
  • Responsible for line OEE and waste performance 
  • Follow escalation process for line stoppages and under target OEE 
  • Ensure individual training is complete and up to date
  • Support site employee recognition schemes
  • Support trials and intervention activities during shift in the area
  • Identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements. 
     

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of SAP and Quality Systems preferred 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Openness to change and ability to think out of the box
  • Entrepreneurial skills and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness
  • Influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
  • Interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and resources appropriate to requirements
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-functional team
  • Ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within the organization at all levels
  • Enjoys the challenges and demands of an ever-changing platform
  • Views information objectively, makes logical assumptions and remains calm under pressure
