Insights & Analytics Manager - Hygiene (Consumer Marketing Insight)

As Insights & Analytics Manager ( Consumer Marketing Insight) you'll have the chance to have the opportunity to lead the Insights and Analytics in Turkey winning in the market place, by identifying the right growth segments (Market Insights), making our brands & innovations more appealing to consumers (Consumer Insights) and guiding the actions to win across trade channels and in store (Trade & Shopper Insights).  

Have a deep understanding of consumers in the countries of Turkey across categories, and be the Consumer Insights and Knowledge champion in the region 

Strong focus and involvement in managing the business, brand and innovation activation/commercialization , reviewing business objectives with regional and country management, in order to develop, manage and analyze learning plans to best meet them 

Provide leadership within local and regional business teams to generate actionable insights from research results, contributing to practical action plans following research  

Learning Plans: Leverage global standard and consistent methodologies in partnership with global external partners (BASES, IPSOS, Kantar..), and identify appropriate learning plans to meet the regional business needs. 

Syndicated data: Define the regional data needs with input from stakeholders, then work closely with the Global Market Insights team for retail audit and household panel service acquisition in the region, as well as with the suppliers on ensuring high quality deliverables, reporting and analysis.  

Learn, develop, and drive Digital insights (Social listening, digital marketing analytics, E-com insights, etc.)

Research budget management: plan and manage the regional I&A budget with input from the country and regional management, and guidance from the Area I&A Director –EUANZ 

Supplier management: develop strong relationships with global and regional external research suppliers to ensure superior service and quality 

I&A team: develop and build strong relationships within the I&A organization and managers from the Category, Best Practices and Market Insights within RECKITT, and opportunity to lead capability areas within the global I&A Community
