As a member of the Direct to Consumer team you are focused on driving growth via online sales for a portfolio of Reckitt’s power brands that sell directly from their own websites. An understanding of brand marketing in the FMCG industry is key, as well as solid experience in digital channels, especially related to driving ambitious net revenue targets from selling products directly to consumers, delivering a best in class, end to end customer experience.
You will help to execute brand strategy while creating channel differentiation, enabling our brand sites to become the flag ship store for Reckitt’s DtC enabled brands. You will work with brand and marketing teams across Europe, with a specific focus on Finish, enabling a digital first approach to brand marketing in line with the local market commercial strategy.
You’ll succeed because…
… You're good at planning and have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload and track progress of certain tasks over longer periods. You have used Google Analytics as well as other Analytics and performance tools. You have good working knowledge of Excel with high levels of numeracy and accuracy as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. You can appreciate data-lead approaches, you're curious of insights, always measuring performance and finding ways to improve. You have 1-2 years in an analytical role, analysing and interpreting data. You have experience across digital acquisition channels, e.g. PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Retargeting, Display (although experience in all of these digital marketing channels is not required). You have experience with ecommerce, or running a website with a sales and digital marketing focus. You have experience in managing multiple projects at the same time. You have the ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams. You have excellent communication skills and critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
