What you will be doing:
- Work with the campaign manager, brand managers & media teams to shape their digital plans that really deliver.
- Monitor paid media activity to identify opportunities to optimise and improve performance.
- Create the infrastructure to deliver the best campaign setup. Taxonomy, Trafficking, and setup guide.
- Implement global naming conventions across all campaigns. Working closely with ad operations team and campaign manager
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and curious individual, ideally with a year’s work of digital and/or programmatic experience. You will be highly organised, can interpret large amounts of data, able to work independently on projects where needed but also enjoys working within a team that has a strong, collaborative working ethos. The business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we are looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team.
Highly Desirable:
- Likely to have 2+ years’ experience working on Biddable media or Ad-operations
- Strong organisation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
- Some exposure to any demand side platforms (DSPs)
- DV360 certification (including Video Certification)
