This role leads a variety of projects within Supply Services for the Health Business Unit in RB. Primary responsibilities include participating in cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert and leading the implementation of Transportation Management system globally and delivering SCM strategic sourcing & logistics solutions using best in class systems under Regional Logistics Excellence.
Reckitt Logistics Excellence is a strategically important programme to the business going forward, and therefore building a great team with substantial experience in all things logistics is critical to achieving our vision – to reduce logistics unit costs in the context of our Supply Strategy. You will work with the wider RLE Central team and Digital Transformation team to identify new ways of working, helping quantify benefits and then work with the central team to track key deliverables.
You will be the business lead for TMS implementations for Ocean Freight, Primary & Secondary Road Freight. Work closely with Frontline IT and finance to ensure all capabilities are built in the solution and deliver projects on time. You'll influence business decisions, process implementation and system design to ensure a best-in-class implementation. You will act as point of contact between multiple functions – IT/Manufacturing/Procurement/Finance/Supply Services and schedule and perform Periodic Reviews to monitor adoption metrics and Value Extraction. You identify cross market productivity opportunities through the conducting of internal benchmarking activities. You will design & lead global implementations of OTIF measurement and continuous improvement and also global implementations of Cost to Serve including measurement of primary and secondary freight costs, warehousing, and embellishment costs, import duties and custom charges, inventory holding costs, write-off and disposal costs.

You have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a cross functional global team managing multiple time zones and also ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and business members. You can demonstrate analytical ability to absorb financial and supply information and effectively use this data for decision making. You've worked with different cultures demonstrating cultural awareness in ways of working and local sensitivities. You have the ability to interact and work with people of all levels.
