Customer Supply Manager - Business Solutions

As the B2B Customer Supply Manager you are responsible for the following areas:

  • Ensuring effective communication internally with regional markets and externally with strategic customers while proactively understanding delivery requirements of customers and working to deliver PFR and OTIF

  • Building strong partnerships with Customer/s both internally and within the Customer to ensure that all supply chain metrics are aligned to deliver both Businesses KPIs and targets

  • Deliver executional excellence in onboarding and setting up new customers which will set the tone and foundation of our relationship and our reputation in future

  • Running service KPI reporting and analysis

  • Work In close collaboration with the B2B Commercial team, strategic customers and regional markets to create, monitor, and revise forecasts for all products ensuring accuracy measures are met and continuously improved

  • Ensuring Customer service levels are at the forefront of all decision making

  • Performing in-depth analysis for Customer with the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities & developing business solutions to optimise supply chain cost performance and efficiencies

  • Effective customer relationship development focusing on supply chain efficiency & service improvement

* Strong influencing / communication expertise

* Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently

* Able to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to evaluate and resolve operational issues

* Confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations

* SAP APO DP, BW, Power BI

* Knowledge of MS-Office
