The Digital Analyst will provide insight and advice to team members to help improve performance across Reckitt’s various digital marketing campaigns. You will work hand in hand with the Digital Campaign Managers to make campaign recommendations and provide post campaign analysis results to the local brand teams. You will also have the opportunity to work on developing RB’s internal performance dashboard by gathering feedback from local teams and creating dashboard visualizations across Reckitt’s various marketing initiatives. 

What you will be doing:

  • Creating monthly post campaign reports and present findings to local brand teams
  • Share new insights and provide performance recommendations to the Campaign Managers  
  • Intermediate with RB’s various stakeholders to gather new reporting requirements
  • Update Global benchmark reports and conduct performance audits across RB’s media agencies
  • Develop new reporting templates and implement feedback received from the various teams
  • Create interactive visualisations and reporting dashboards in Datorama

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of delivering reports, analysis and insight that drives change within a digital marketing function
  • Strong Excel knowledge and experience of creating charts and other data visualisations
  • A proactive approach to meeting set standards and delivering tangible reports that add value
  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
  • Strong numerical skills and a statistical background, with a passion for data analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management & presentation skills
  • Able to set realistic timelines and meet internal deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a digital/marketing role involving data analysis
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager a plus
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business or marketing related subject
