As a key member of the Digital team, you are focused on driving value on the Digital brand  in your market, by leading the creation and execution of plan in line with commercial & brand strategy.

You'll support the Design of the Digital strategy and be hands-on on execution: Defining and execute BIC consumer Unique Selling Proposition that will make consumers want to engage, transact, repeat and advocate on the Digital brand in line with the global and local brand strategy. You will lead the growth strategy of the brand, focusing on in-market execution, portfolio management (products, services, pricing), innovation launches, and working with the media and comms teams to execute campaigns. You'll achieve financial, data, and equity targets for the Digital brand in the market and you'll be responsible and manage the brand P+L.
You'll plan, create and execute business development initiatives (BDIs) and proper trade calendar based on consumer, shopper and market understanding. You will collaborate with core agency partners to ensure on-time asset delivery and with our digital media team and partners to ensure great media execution. You'll work cross-functionally with CDO, IMEX, Digital specialists, supply, IT, to develop and execute successful commercial plans that deliver plans/targets (financials, data, equity). You will own the local Brand planning process for the upcoming year incorporating consumer understanding, innovation pipeline and comms evolution to unlock brand growth potential.

You'll partner with the experts from the Digital team to ensure BIC execution and you'll partner closely with the local marketing team to amplify any national campaign activation on Digital. You will partner with global CDO and eInnovation team to define consumer value proposition and influence products pipeline, service, etc requiring global involvement and  with IT team to ensure proper tech development and execution, at the service of the value proposition. You'll partner closely with local ecommerce team to define role of Digital activation within market e-commerce channel strategy and partner closely with operations to ensure smooth supply and & operations.

You've successfully completed digital activations. You have good knowledge of European markets.
