 RB’s Ethics & Compliance function is seeking to create greater alignment between our policies and our strategy, regulatory mandates and expectations. To do so, we have published RB’s Policy Framework to ensure consistency in the process for developing, gaining approval and publishing policy documents; we are now in the process of adopting this Framework with Legal/E&C Policies as well as with any organizational policy being developed by business stakeholders.

The role involves:
•    Keeping our suite of Ethics and Compliance Policy documents accurate and up to date;
•    Assisting the business with the design, development and publication of new organizational Policies, SOPs and Guidelines – making sure that they follow the standards set out in RB’s Policy Framework.
•    Over time, simplifying and consolidating our suite of Policies’ document by identifying key areas of overlap in the Policies’ content and by promoting collaboration between Policies’ owners – following the overarching objective of driving Policies’ simplification and consolidation. 
•    Ensuring Policies, SOPs and Guidelines documents are properly translated and communicated throughout the organization. 
•    Ensuring that all Policies, SOPs and Guidelines documents are made available in the organization’s centralized document repository. 
•    Working with HR to ensure that employees know where to find our Policies (e.g. through inclusion of references to the Corporate Policies’ page in the employees’ handbook), and are aware of the Company’s expectations (i.e. that they must familiarize themselves with our Policies’ contents).
•    Develop engaging content to facilitate the roll out of Ethics and Compliance policies, globally, ensuring relevant content is created and shared with all Legal and Ethics and Compliance professionals.
