Finance ERP and Legal Analyst, IT & Digital

Works closely with the IT&D Finance, ERP & Legal stakeholders and wider IT&D finance team to execute finance operational activities with respect to the on-going projects of SAP Implementation and bring in better visibility and housekeeping on the vendor spend.
 

•    Execute finance ERP operational processes end to end including month end closing process related to the projects.
•    Custodian of the Purchase order management for the projects in terms of verification of the SOWs, creation of the purchase requisitions, communication with the vendor, changes to the existing purchase orders.
•    Lead the Invoice verification process in terms of compliance with the purchase order and SOW and resolution of monthly invoice exceptions by coordination with vendors, payables and GFS teams.
•    Manage monthly goods receipts process together with relevant stakeholders’ approval in line with finance policies.

 
You’ll succeed because… 

•    You will have a Bachelor degree / Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
•    You have a finance background (preferably in Project Finance/Reckitt)
•    You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, SAP & Ariba.
•    You have excellent communication skills (fluent English is a must), organisational ability and strong presentation skills
•    You have strong analytical and data gathering skills
