As a Global Senior Brand Manager on eCommerce for Dettol, you would be working with diverse markets & teams around the world to together build eCommerce capabilities, innovation and ultimately, drive growth outperformance for Dettol.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business analytics: Track & analyse sales & eCommerce data on relevant performance metrics across markets, customers, consumer trends, competitors & activations to shape strategy and find data-driven opportunities. Introducing & applying new tools, databases, processes, insights to boost consumer experience and growth outcomes for markets
- Strategy: Developing the strategic roadmap for eCommerce growth for Dettol globally & partnering to create locally contextualized iterations & synergies across markets
- Innovation:
- Commerce lead Innovation roadmap
- Ensuring eComm readiness on global innovation pipeline
- Over-driving channel share with eCommerce first / exclusive innovations on product, design or activation
- Optimizing & scaling packaging as well as sizing/pricing innovation across base portfolio. Partnering with brand & ecommerce commercial team, identifying right portfolio & product assortment
- Working closely with marketing, identify new brand launch opportunities based on consumer/ shopper insights
- Activation: Co-developing with markets a best-in-class activation plot for key big bets with iterative test & learns leveraging insights & innovations in media, partnerships, eventing, communities, etc.
- Brilliant Basics on Content & Search: Improving conversions with processes & tools for upgrading, testing & deploying content that can improve findability and conversions in platform.

Business Unit: Dettol, Category Development Organisation (CDO)
Solid Line reporting to: Global Brand Marketing Manager – Equity & eCommerce
Matrix team: eRB Innovation Director – Health
Key partners: Innovation teams in CDO. eCommerce commercial, CX, media, brand, trade marketing, legal, supply & finance teams in lead markets
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 4-6 years of marketing experience with exposure in innovation, e-commerce and digital media. Prior experience includes on ecommerce or marketing is preferred
- Solid financial & commercial understanding of business
- Excellent in data analysis. Are highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about consumer insights, eCommerce & digital landscape
- Team player – you will need to partner with & influence teams across functions & markets to be effective
- Self-motivated, result oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in unstructured and ever-changing environments
- Entrepreneurial and agile
- Hungry to learn and develop a deeper understanding of what drives sales in an eCommerce business
