IT&D Senior Capability Manager

Want to drive the the continuous development of our IT&D Academy and identify and implement cutting edge learning offerings, as well as drive a culture of learning and development across our IT&D business?

You’ll have the freedom to think strategically, lead commercially and harness emerging trends to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and align with IT&D Leadership Team the capability building strategy for the overall IT&D Function. 
  • Partner with the CoE for Talent (mainly with Learning and Development) to co-create global standards and assure that the IT&D Academy is in line with those standards. 
  • Drive the continuous development of the IT&D Academy (competency framework, core role profiles, career journeys, communication channels) 
  • Partner with the global CoE for Learning & Development and capability leaders from other global functions to align the IT&D capability building with Reckitt leadership development initiatives and other global function’s offerings relevant for a holistic capability building within IT&D 
  • Drive training needs analysis to identify relevant internal as well external training initiatives and ensure the global awareness around and access to those 
  • Partner with regional IT&D leaders and HR community to drive awareness and usage of the IT&D Academy 
  • Identify and drive opportunities to implement the IT&D Academy Framework in other HR processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management) to ensure a consistent application across the IT&D function 
  • Partner with IT&D leaders and HR community to launch and promote regional and local initiatives that drive a future oriented capability building 
  • Set up KPIs for capability building to measure success and progress 
  • Manage IT&D Talent room 

Skills & Experience required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree; Masters or MBA preferred 
  • Working experience in IT&D function.  
  • Experience with developing and delivering learning and/or development programs in a global environment 
  • Experience of designing and leading capability building  
  • Proven experience working in a global, cross-functional environment 
  • Proven experience of influencing at senior leadership and leading x-functional teams
