As an Information Assurance Engineer you’ll support BAU operations and projects to provide and continuously improve our Single Sign On & Directory services controls and services
Due to an internal promotion, we'd like an experienced Information Assurance Engineer to come and join the team as we grow our internal governance capabilities as part of a global IT transformation. You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of junior engineers who will be looking to you as a technical mentor and you'll play a exciting role it working closely with internal stakeholders and product owners.

Here's what you'll be getting up to...
- Configure and develop existing SSO and Directory services toolsets to maintain and improve capability and functionality.
- Provide expert consultancy to BAU IAM operations team, other IT teams and Projects from the wider business.
- Provide technical oversight for IAM resources from Reckitt’s managed service partner to assure high quality technical implementations and control operation.
- Support IT incident investigations to minimise impact, resume service, identify root cause and implement steps to avoid recurrence.
- Input to the Directory services roadmaps and prioritisation to optimise control, service and user experience delivery.
- Develop, implement, monitor and improve Directory services and processes.
- Find issues and opportunities to continuously improve IAM services, controls and tooling. Taking ownership of driving delivery of these initiatives.
- Collaborate with the business and IT to advocate IAM controls and to support system owners in improving their compliance.
- Work with the Identity architect to develop target state architecture and solution designs.
And a little on what we're looking for...
- You'll have Active Directory/ Azure Active Directory experience including design, implementing, and maintaining enterprise level Active Directory solutions.
- Okta experience if possible, or similar Single Sign On tech.
- Onboarding and administration of applications and users on Okta for SSO.
- Experience with SAML 2, Oauth 2.0 and OIDC SSO applications.
- Experience in managing identities in Azure Active Directory
- Good to have Powershell scrpitng and SQL knowledge.
- Experience of working with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties and managed service providers to deliver outstanding Identity solutions.
- A pragmatic attitude to focus on progress over perfection, iteratively improving security controls and services.
