Interim Consumer Relations Specialist - Social Media
Description
We are looking for a Digital Consumer Relations Specialist to join our Consumer Relations team and lead our Social Engagement strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the voice of our iconic brands across social channels and on our online retailers (pure players and bricks & clicks) and feed insights back into the business.
You will be part of a specialist team, dedicated to online engagement across all brand platforms, and work closely with the wider marketing, eCommerce, and media departments.
- Ideally, you will have had prior experience in Social Community Management, can demonstrate success in doing so.
- Social media listening as well as experience working within a regulated industry (such as Pharma/Consumer Healthcare or Cosmetics) is a plus, but not essential, as training will be provided.
- You are Digital Trend Savvy and passionate about the exciting world of digital and social media.
- You have proven listening and communication skills.
- You take pride in applying your knowledge to help the consumers in their online journey, spot opportunities to improve the consumer experience and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have the aptitude for learning new procedures and processes, ability to follow the compliance requirements.
