You’ll generate insights about sales, customers and product availability. You’ll manage our sales system and database and enable us to use the available information to make smarter, faster, better-informed decisions than ever before.


Having a ‘customer first’ mindset you’ll work in Global Sales team to drive net revenue and gross margin, market share, best practice, and insight-led analysis across strategic global customers in alignment with Reckitt’s strategic objectives.  Key priorities will be to build customer relationships, partner with market teams to achieve sales targets and bring data insight from sales, category, and shopper data to support the customer, local markets and management team.


The Key Account Manager’s overall objective is to develop and implement the sales strategy per customer in alignment with Reckitt’s strategic objectives (NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC), and to manage the customer relationship on an ongoing basis
Full business support to the International Customer VP including the development and monthly updating of the Sales Dashboard – a one stop shop for reviewing internal KPIs (NR3P, GM3P, TI, ROI and COP) and external KPIs (NIS, Market Share, Sales Fundamentals – distribution, shelf share, promotion / display share, on shelf availability etc)
