What you will be doing;

 

  • In this role you will contribute by supporting the wider marketing team (GBMM, MM, SBM) with the creation and delivery of designs and artworks, from ideation through to delivery to market. The role will also involve ongoing collaboration with markets on local design / artwork changes, alongside management of alignments and feedback from cross-functional support teams (R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Safety, etc). You will also support the wider marketing team in the same capacity, with the creation and delivery of master pack copy documents. 
  • On top of your responsibilities around Designs, Artworks, and Copy, roughly 1/3rd of your role will be core marketing project work; you will own and lead at least one, and potentially more projects with responsibility for delivery (For example, a global cross-format fragrance flankers initiative)
  • The final responsibility of your role will be in supporting the wider marketing team with analytical work, tracking and reporting on an ad hoc basis dependent on what is needed (For example, reviewing competitor pack claims across regions, or tracking market inputs on a particular NPD project)

  • Good communication skills, able to coordinate many stakeholders within short deadlines
  • Able to understand the Reckitt purpose-led category and brand strategy
  • Culturally aware and able to input into creative and impactful content by listening and storytelling to engage and influence team members and a wide range of stakeholders
  • Supports innovative and superior solutions by adopting a pioneering approach, is resilient and able to respond under pressure and operate at pace
  • Ability to operate living the Reckitt purpose, fight and compass, finding improvement areas in the process and the team, actively listen to them and focusing in what really matters to inspire them and help them grow in their position and in the company
  • Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject - from a recognised University 
  • Experience of marketing would be beneficial
