Global E-Commerce Performance Measurement Manager

Omnichannel Measurement Manager

Reckitt the home of global brands such as Dettol, Durex, Gaviscon and Nurofen are looking for a Omnichannel Measurement Manager for our performance Data and Analytics team. You will be responsible for further building our Data & Analytics capability in the evolving space of omnichannel and owning the continuous coverage expansion of the on and offline market. Your understanding and the tools that you will be building, will be at the very heart of market execution decisions made by cross functional teams.


What you will be doing:

  • Upgrade current and future performance measurement reporting to reflect stronger focus on omnichannel, representative of our category Business Units as well as our new eBU.  
  • Develop understanding of and utilise existing and emerging E-Commerce datasets, combining them into our current data platforms for seamless integration of legacy trade channels
  • Distribution of high-level corporate reporting for the C-Suite level, using all available data within the business (internal tools, Power BI, Excel/PPT)
  • Work with Performance Measurement Excellence team to maintain our global data platforms 
  • Deliver independent, action-orientated understanding of the RB competitive landscape in context of omnichannel and delivers BU-appropriate analysis and insights to the business
  • Ownership on on-going assessment and upgrades of market measurement coverage and quality, identifying and integrating new and emerging channels / suppliers as they become available
  • Drive positive and progressive relationships with key suppliers / partners to leverage their headcount and services/insights
  • Work with Line Manager on total data scope across all agencies/suppliers in consultation with the CI community/ eBU and senior leadership teams to define and lock scope in annual planning cycle
     

What we are looking for: 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft analytics tools ie. Power BI, Powerpivot, Powerquery and current data analytic/manipulation and visualisation platforms
  • Background in E-Commerce Retailer or FMCG industry 
  • Retailer or manufacturer omnichannel measurement 
  • Knowledge of Omnichannel landscape in Asia, Middle East and LATAM
  • Business or Science degree or equivalent research experience
