Are you a performance driven and ambitious Paid Search specialist looking to make your mark with some of the world’s biggest brands? As our Paid Search Manager, you’ll have the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the leading global consumer products.


What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the development, deployment, and optimisation of paid search campaign strategy with the support of Search Lead
  • Set up and manage campaigns on a variety of search engines (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Search, Citrus Ads, etc.)
  • Deliver reporting and analyse campaign results with a view to develop actionable insights
  • Preparing presentations and leading on performance calls and face to face meetings
  • Support Search Lead with competitive research, recommendations, and improvements to develop T&L roadmaps for markets
  • Support Search Lead with market research and forecast for annual year planning
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities for account growth and development across your team’s portfolio of accounts
  • Manage budget and performance trackers to ensure campaigns are accurately paced and optimised
  • Manage relationship with agency partner and provide them guidance on optimisation approach
  • Work closely with Data team and SEO team and other digital channel team to integrate insight into search strategy


What we are looking for:

  • 4-5 years of experience working with sizeable paid search budgets, and managing multiple accounts and markets
  • Experience working with Search and Data platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Amazon Search, Citrus Ads, Google Analytics, GMC
  • Hands-on experience and expert knowledge of paid search including bidding strategies, optimisation and testing methods and account management
  • Strong analytical, reporting and analysis skills
  • Experienced in intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Shopify or any other eCommerce platforms 
  • Previous knowledge/experience working with NA and ASEAN markets
