Portfolio Manager, Nutrition 

Slough / Remote - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Taking consumer insights, you’ll drive innovation into our product development process. You’ll interpret customer wants, needs and preferences. You’ll help our wider R&D team understand the opportunities and create winning innovations that differentiate our brands and products. You’ll disrupt markets. You’ll surprise and excite consumers. Working with our leading brands, you’ll ensure we ‘get’ our customers so we can continue to offer them products that they truly value.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Works directly with CDO marketing, R&D CGD, U.S. and LATAM R&D and project management teams,  GM US Marketing & Medical Sales IFCN, to make recommendations on Portfolio prioritization and resourcing decisions
  • Maintains accurate information about resource allocations, understands the impact of changes – highlights resource deficiencies and provides recommendations to close gaps
  • Communicates directly with Project Management Team regarding project priorities, participates in project team kick-off meetings, and enforces the discipline of the Net Revenue Generating Stage Gate Process and the completion of stage gate documents
  • Provides support to commercial partners; facilitating ways of working and improved communications across multiple disciplines
  • Plays a key role in developing ways of working for Portfolio Management to ensure the business delivers on its strategic growth initiatives
  • Performs End-to-End Budget and Resource management.  Supports zero-based budgeting and the use of SyncForce and Innoviz systems.  Prepares and shares KPI’s regarding Portfolio Performance
  • Works closely and cooperatively with Nutrition Portfolio and Resourcing CoP (Community of Practice).
