As the team Project Manager within Reckitt's eCommerce AI and Automation function, you will be responsible for creating and managing a clear path to delivery for our data solution focused projects. As an innovation team with a fast moving scope you can expect to overseeing the delivery of multiple iterative innovation streams. You will be the key connector between our end to end technical delivery teams, and the project stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise progress of project.

What we are are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively to all level stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage the team and define the road map to successfully complete the project.
  • Effective time management skills and to create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Well organised to reflect our fast moving and ever changing project scope. 
  • The ability to apply frameworks and methodologies to enhance effective delivery. e.g. Agile and SCRUM
  • Project management certifications. e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP is desirable
