The project manager (PM) manages a range of initiatives within the Blackline sub-workstream part of the Record to Report (RTR) Process Transformation. The PM is accountable for its Blackline project creation as well as maintaining and managing it from start to end.  The PM will oversee the execution against the plan to drive the desired outcomes, resources, budget for their area, scope, and maintaining regular reporting and risks and issues management. They set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. Key stakeholders are IT, Finance and commercial business owners. 

 

You’ll succeed because… 

…you have experience in Project lifecycle delivery particularly IT delivery in a fast changing environment. You have experience in a complex mutlinational environment. You have experience with a finance transformation. You can operate and develop relationships at all levels in a matrix organisation. You have third party/ contractor project delivery management as well as financial management of projects. You can negotiating and conflict management internally and externally and you can demonstrates a high level of motivation, flexibility, drive and personal commitment. You have effective time management and organisational skills and you're able to deal with ambiguity and change and thus show resilience as well as being able to inspire teams and motivate self and others.
