This role contributes by developing prioritization for market expansion, and power market expansion by developing actionable, desirable, viable and feasible go-to-market strategies, plans and tools, while supporting the new regions with the capabilities they require and fuel best practice sharing.

 

 

Job accountabilities

 

Operating model

  • Drive continuous improvements to the Op Model and embed innovation excellence by partnering x-functionally (i.e. what is working/not working).
  • Coordinate key meetings with different iMEx markets.
  • Management and ownership of the CDO Resources share point to facilitate the exchange and sharing of ideas from key meetings and forums.
  • Co- own the overall CDO calendar.

 

Innovation management

  • Lead  analysis & collation of the quarterly innovation performance tracker with Category teams.
  • Own and manage the IP/LR calendar ensuring it is correct and up to date with innovation management team.

 

CDO (Category Development Organisation)/iMEx (In Market Excellence)

  • Support the co-ordination of communications and meetings to the different iMEx markets. 

Investor relations

  • Provide inputs and content for investor presentations as and when requested.

 
Internal engagement 

  • Support  in creating a culture of strong internal engagement by helping drive the calendar of events.
  • Lead and manage ‘lunch and learns’ inspiration sessions with the brand teams on key functional topics.

 
 

Qualifications & experience

  • Strategic thinker able to develop ambitious category and brand strategies and measure impact.
  • Project management.
  • Innovates with agility and scientific rigour with insights at the heart.
  • Commercially savvy, with strong financial skills and P&L understanding, and able to develop plans that deliver the category and brand strategy.
  • Culturally aware and able to operate with an international outlook.
  • Resilient and able to respond under pressure.
  • Ability to lead by embracing the leadership behaviours, living Reckitt purpose, fight and compass, finding improvement areas in the process and the team, actively listen to them and focusing in what really matters to inspire them and help them grow in their position and in the company.
  • Ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
