Key Account Manager

Reckitt Health, Sweden operates in the most exciting region in Europe, the Nordics. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive profitable growth in line with Company objectives within some of our largest customers. In most cases, these customers have highly developed big data and consumer insights which puts the challenge on us to combine input from Swedish local insight and Reckitt's global best practices to grow both our fantastic Health products and the categories they operate in. 

The Key Account Manager we are searching for, is passionate about driving sales, profit, and category growth to exceed the targets set in all categories across portfolios. What is expected from this role? 

  • Developing the strategic plan for the Accounts to drive sales, profit and net revenue capital.

  • Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for our customers.

  • Achieve account 4P targets (product, placement, price & promotion). 

  • Develop multi-level relationships with the accounts. 

  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated accounts.

  • Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile (including share of shelf, visibility at POS, Distribution penetration across product range, Retail pricing, Consumer and Trade promotions and discounts). 

  • Turning the latest insights and trend for the market and categories we operate in into category growth opportunities for Reckitt and your customers. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent 

 

Experience: 

  • 3-5 years experience in FMCG or retail 

  • Of which at least 2 years in key account management 

 

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Swedish - both oral and written 

 

IT: 

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel

It should be noted that since we operate within a market where most customers are data driven, this role requires an analytical mindset that is used to draw conclusion from big set of data and have previously worked with Nielsen/IQVIA data.
