Consumer Relations Social Specialist, Hygiene

We are looking for a Consumer Relations Social Specialist to join our Global Consumer Relations team, to be based in Sydney. This is a 7 month fixed term contract position.  

We’re looking for a “Go Getter” who can: 
•    Act as the main contact for our consumers on our social media and e-commerce platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
•    Monitor and moderate all social media channels and consumer interaction/feedback
•    Take accountability for providing proper responses and solutions to consumers while working within agreed SLA’s
•    Work closely with our global consumer relations team based in Malaysia, coaching them on the unique needs of Australian and New Zealand consumers  
•    Identify trends and root cause of problems, passing insights along to the relevant teams 
•    Help our marketeers keep abreast of the online community and manage brand tone 
•    Work closely with legal, regulatory affairs and R&D on any approvals, queries etc. 
•    Help us drive positive consumer experience and engagement, brand building and consumer advocacy, insights and business growth

You’ll succeed because you:
•    Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience within a social or marketing capacity, managing social media communities and marketing campaigns
•    Have experience with handling social media and eCommerce contacts desirable
•    Have 3-5 years’ experience supervising or coordinating consumer services and/or consumer insights/consumer relations activities
•    Analytically minded & comfortable working with data
•    Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
•    Collaboration and demonstrated ability to overcome cultural and location barriers to work effectively with key business partners and stakeholders in a productive environment
•    You’re an excellent listener with superb leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
