Junior Training Administrator - SAP

This role forms part of our SAP implementation team for the ANZ region. Working closely with all areas of the business and playing a key role in our transformation, this role is responsible for supporting the local Change Management lead in developing corporate communications and managing training requirements for our local teams. This role is a 9-month fixed term contract.

This role would be a great fit for a junior administration professional who is looking to get involved in a local project, where they can utilise their strong communication and proven stakeholder management skills, in addition to applying a keen eye for detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This role will give you exposure to project management, communication and change management, stakeholder engagement & SAP implementation, all highly attractive skills in the market. 

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
•    Work closely with the Local Change Management lead to administer and plan training for the SAP team
•    Manage and update tracking in Excel & other systems
•    Work closely with other department leads to organise and support training activities
•    Monitor the completion status of training for individuals, follow up when training isn’t completed in time 
•    Support the Change Management Lead with execution of activities on communication plans & role mapping activities 
•    Work with central change management team to confirm training delivery methods (e.g. classroom, on the job)
•    Help to build the local training delivery schedule 
•    Manage training administration and logistics including facilities planning, invitations, monitoring attendance and collating and reporting on end user feedback.

Professional Skills and Competencies:
•    Experience in a junior administration role 
•    Exceptional Excel skills are critical
•    Self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organised, and able to easily communicate and collaborate with deployment team members.
•    Able to build trust and rapport quickly with new stakeholders – great communication skills!
•    Highly organised 
•    Determined and resilient, able to proactively solve problems
