Assistant Factory Controller (Hygiene)

Building relationships with country controllers you’ll help raise standards, drive performance and ensure integrity. But you’ll also have an eye on building for the future. You’ll question current practices and approaches and lead initiatives to improve processes even further.

 

Main responsibilities are;

Running of the factory finance operations, from establishing transfer prices to managing overheads and material cost changes

Costing of new product developments, to assess financial viability and profitability

Monthly reporting of variances versus manufacturing standards

Business partnering to key supply functions such as planning, engineering, factory operations, HR, quality and packaging and Repairs & Maintenance, New Project Implementation etc.

Ensuring the cost accounting practices in the Reckitt Finance policies are applied within the business

Performing month end closing activities & performing the analysis of any variations from the standard (material, other costs) vs. actuals

Assist in planning and forecasting costs of goods sold

Attending end-year stocktaking, preparing results with the Inspection team according to the stocktaking directives
