You will...

  • Conduct IT compliance /risk assessments.   
  • Identify the associated IT compliance control gaps and oversee the documentation, implementation and testing of the entire IT compliance control portfolio.
  • Follow up on deficiencies identified in monitoring reviews, self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal audits to ensure that appropriate remediation measures have been taken.
  • Support IT compliance control monitoring programs to ensure IT compliance-related risks are managed to the appropriate level of acceptable residual risk.
  • Cyber Policies Governance – keeping an up-to-date documents, periodic reviews, supporting Cyber teams when creating new documents. 
  • Deliver reports on the levels of IT compliance risk and control effectiveness to the Director of IT Risk and Compliance

  • High interpersonal and communication skills; 
  • Good time management skills and ability toeffectively enforce task execution; 
  • Able to work independently; 
  • Pragmatic, and solution-oriented attitude;
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing internal policies/procedure;
  • Familiarity with compliance mandates, security standards, and risk methodologies including those promoted by NIST, ISO, ITGC;
  • Good spoken and written English knowledge enabling communication and cooperation with Reckitt teams.
