This role’s objective is to deliver CONSUMER WOW by bringing the consumer to the centre e-comm activations systematically. The role plays a critical part in designing and delivering retail readiness across platform to ensure maximization of CVR.

With data and consumers at the centre, you’ll develop content strategy across ecommerce retailers. You will work closely with design agency, graphic designers, and local marketing teams to ensure our brands are activated in the channel with the right insights and information. You will be the driving force of improvements in the way we operate, measure and optimize our efforts working with commercial teams. If you ever spot an opportunity make things better, you’ll take it. And by doing so, you’ll boost consumer satisfaction and sales. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy content strategy establishing content priorities across retailers including Allegro, Amazon, ePharma & Omnichannel
  • Decode costumer insights for the bottom of the funnel to drive CVR improvements with content optimization
  • A/B test content to optimize performance and utilizing optimization tools (Userzoom)
  • Testing and 5P measurement related to content management (Veeva, eStore)
  • Work with local designers/agency and marketing teams to brief the content requirement
  • Manage content upload across retailers and maintained of up-to-date information
  • Drive review generation initiatives and understand consumer feedback implementing learnings in content strategy
  • Prioritize, develop and execute different brand activations, including delivering materials on time.
  • Leading a team of two graphic designers

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in content development or in creative agency
  • Consistent outperformance in previous results & exhibits high levels of entrepreneurship and ownership.
  • Ecommerce mindset – winning to learn, adapt and deliver ecommerce Vision in an inclusive way.
  • Passion for consumer WOW, utilising data to turn insight into action.
  • Team Player with developed influencing and partnership skills
  • Batchelors Degree or equivalent
