HR Administrator


The HR Administrator plays an oversized role in employees experience, ensuring that employees both in office and remote are have all necessary information regarding payroll, holidays and benefits and processing data, making sure if they are up to date. The HR Administrator is responsible for onboarding process and internal communication with HR administration-related topics to employees.

You will...


  • Cooperating with payroll provider by providing correct data on time

  • Ensuring that all employees data in terms of payroll and myRB is up to date and maintaining personal records

  • Being first point of contact for employees in terms of benefits and payroll and other HR administration-related matters

  • Onboarding ownership - in terms of formalities, contact with new joiners, hiring managers and all who are involved in the process and managing overall agenda of onboarding, implementing improvements and new initiatives

  • Ensuring that all HR documents and policies are up to date by reviewing them regularly and updating taking into account labour law updates and verifying if they are properly followed by the employees

  • Communication to all employees and individuals of all payroll&benefits and HR projects include in that role activities through dedicated channels (email, teams, sharepoint)

  • Supporting other HR team members in ongoing projects from HR administrative side

  • Being an owner of internal channel (sharepoint) for all employees and managers, by updating information regularly and looking for opportunities how to improve or make this sharepoint more attractive for employees and managers

  • Looking for and proposing the new opportunities in terms of payroll and benefits and non-cost solutions for the organization

  • Job descriptions management

  • Ownership of administrative part of the offboarding


You'll succeed because you have:

  • bachelor's or master's dagree
  • experience in a similar position
  • practical knowledge of Excel
  • very good knowledge of Polish and English
  • communications skills and openess to helping others
