You will...

 

  • Develop, analyze, document and test product requirements (e.g., features, user stories)
  • Prepare and deliver product user guides and training materials for end users and support teams
  • Design business scenarios, process flows and use cases to maximize product adoption and value
  • Identify relevant security and compliance requirements that must be followed as part of product development
  • Liaises with the Product Team and the business community to elaborate product requirements
  • Supports the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop bespoke analytical models which satisfy business needs
  • Co-ordinates with UX/UI Designers, Solution Architects and Platform Team Members to align on product requirements 
  • Maintains a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services

  • Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls
  • Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain
  • Experience in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Strong understanding of headless CMS (Contentstack), static site generation (Gatsby) and microservices
  • Strong understanding of Design System principals
  • Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques
  • Competent user of requirements management tools
  • Experience in people managment
