In this role you will...

  • Provide the vision and direction for your products, ensuring roadmaps, objectives, priorities, goals and success are delivered and communicated across the team
  • Identify and document user stories / journeys
  • Optimise our digital landscape to ensure our employees can find the information they need and access the tools in quickest and easiest way
  • Influence and contribute to overall Employee Experience strategy
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in Corporate Communications and HR teams as well as the wider Digital Workplace Team
  • Engage with Employees to understand paint points and successes and use feedback to optimise Product roadmap
  • Define KPIs to measure the digital employee experience

 

You’ll succeed because you have…

  • Experience as Product Manager who has worked with a diverse set of technology products, integrating systems along with managing the end-to-end process and growth
  • Skills in capturing and generating user stories, personas and product road maps including functions and features
  • Previous technical experience with enterprise communication and collaboration products, enterprise social platforms, employee experience portals and corporate intranet environments – such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Viva Workplace from Meta, ServiceNow.
  • Good written communication skills and be able to create acceptance criteria and apply definitions.
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodologies would be an advantage
