IT&D Senior Business Analyst - Consumer Data

The IT&D Senior Business Analyst (SBA) develops a deep understanding of the opportunities, risks, and issues facing a business function and advises on possible solutions. They translate business strategies and stakeholder needs into detailed product requirements and verify whether those requirements are fulfilled by a product increment.
Required: strong business domain knowledge; basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, architecture standards
Desired: familiarity with IT standards and controls
You will be working with: Product Team, Data Scientists, UX and UI Designers, Solution Architects and Platform Team Members
You will be responsible for:
- Elaboration, analysis, documentation, and testing of product requirements (e.g., features, user stories) for Consumer Data product
- Preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams
- Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximize product adoption and value
- Identification of relevant security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development
You’ll succeed because you have:
- Understanding of Customer Data Platforms, Web Engagement Tools, and CRM Tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SalesForce Sales Cloud (preferred)
- Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls
- Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities and risks they present to the business domain.
- Experience in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
- Experience of Digital Marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, Google Analytics (preferred)
- Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques
- Competent user of requirements management tools
