Payroll Team Leader with Spanish or Portuguese or Italian

As Payroll Team Leader with Spanish or Portuguese or Italian at Reckitt, you’ll take part in the migration and transition of payroll processes to the Warsaw Payroll Hub and you’ll have the freedom to ensure the efficient running for one of our most important teams.

We’ll trust you to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all payroll data. You’ll manage the month-end process, accruals, reversals and payments. You’ll streamline processes. You’ll be a key contact for queries and educate internal and external parties on payroll matters.

In this role, you will…

  • supervise your team to ensure Reckitt employees are paid correctly, on time, and in accordance with both statutory legislation and company policy
  • ensure, that there are no material audit issues and the principles of customer service are maintained
  • ensure timely sign-off and upload of Bank files for timely dispersal to Reckitt employees
  • provide support and assistance as well report concerns to the Regional Payroll Manager 
  • manage the team to ensure vendor completion of all payroll processing tasks and complete sign-off schedule for review ensuring any exceptions and outstanding tasks are documented
  • work closely with HR to ensure that the information received from HR & Finance Shared Services and in-country HR / Finance teams are loaded and captured correctly within Payroll Vendor’s system
  • manage incoming inquiries to the service center to agreed SLA Resolve queries at the first point of contact, or refer on to regional payroll service teams as and when required
  • be responsible for the performance management and development of team members, onshore and off-shore

You’ll succeed because you have … 

  • proven experience as a Payroll Lead or in a similar role
  • thorough knowledge of payroll compliances
  • fluency in English plus 1 additional European language (Spanish or/and Portuguese or/and Italian or/and German or/and Danish) 
  • advanced Excel skills and good general command of Microsoft Office
  • excellent analytical skills
  • knowledge of Payroll application systems
  • effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • demonstrated aptitude for acquiring new technical skills in data reporting
