As a Performance Marketing Manager E-commerce, Health with Reckitt, you’ll join our PL Reckitt eCommerce business As a true change agent, you will work closely with the brand, content, media, key account teams and e-retailers to drive eComm best practice and return.


You will have the chance to take initiative and identify a clear priority roadmap for their channels and campaigns, as well as establish an effective ways-of-working between the various stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for…

  • Developing the PL eCommerce media strategy & activation plans in coordination with KAMs, marketing teams across marketplace & e-pharmacy channels
  • Planning, analysing & optimising media performance investment of the e-commerce marketing activities, being able to come up with constructive learnings & implications for the business
  • Running continuous media tests with a focus on search & display marketing
  • Executing the eCommerce events strategy from a media perspective (BFCM, Xmass, and seasonal events)
  • Manging search activities in collaboration with our content champion across marketplace (Allegro, Amazon) & ePharmacy accounts
  • Driving tool adoption and testing related to performance marketing (eStore Media)
  • Analysing owned digital activity and identify media, brand, and retailer matrixes to maximise ROI
  • Being responsible for managing eCommerce marketing budget working closely with KAMs

You'll succeed because you...

  • Have e-commerce/digital experience in online activations, have knowledge of e-commerce media & latest trends
  • A strategic mind-set: grounded in analytics and optimization, who can clearly, simply, and convincingly articulate the role eCommerce plays in the marketing landscape
  • You know how to run performance marketing campaigns & understand key performance indicators ROAS, CVR, CPS
  • Hands on search engine marketing experience (PPC & SEO). Allegro, Amazon, Facebook & Google ads knowledge will be an advantage. 
  • Full funnel media planning experience who can easily identify the right media mix; either working agency or client side. 
  • Commercial acumen; driven and energised to constantly rise to the challenge
  • Feel comfortable working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders
  • Natural curiosity: always looking for the next big-thing or to find better/ quicker ways to reach your goals.
