At Reckitt, we are currently seeking to hire qualified and highly motivated individual to take up the role of a Sales Director Poland, Health.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading FMCG company that operates in more than 60 countries across 6 continents and employs over 43 000 staff globally.

The role will be responsible for sales strategy and entire sales team. In addition to this, ensuring that the company’s volume, value, and distribution targets are delivered within budget. This position will be a part of Leadership Team and fully commit to achieve Company’s’ overall targets. He/She will execute on operational plans and deliver high-profile project.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations
  • Outline and manage sales budgets
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

  • +8 years proven work experience as a Director of Sales or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Effective under pressure with the ability to handle high volume transactions
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business
  • Brings wealth of contacts and knowledge to effectively navigate FMSG Health landscape
  • Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market
  • Deep understanding of trade marketing operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
